REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS. For online purchases delivered by same-day delivery request for a refund or exchange is accepted any time before the purchase item has departed store premises or the order status marked as "shipped", "picked-up for same-day delivery" or "departed store premises”. For online purchases delivered by long-distance courier’s request for a no-cost replacement for items damaged during shipping is accepted 1 hour after delivery to the intended recipient is confirmed. In-store purchases cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced after the items have departed store premises.
To initiate a request for refund, exchange, or replacement, please contact us at https://www.treeoflifegiftbaskets.com/contactus. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for your request for a refund, exchange or replacement. Items that are returned to our store without authorization will not be accepted. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. If your refund still has not entered your bank account after 3-5 business days, please contact your bank for further assistance.
2. REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING. Return authorization for item(s) being returned because they were damaged during shipping will be provided to the customer, but a pre-paid shipping label will not be included because the customer will be responsible for paying to ship the damaged item(s) back to the store. In the case of a replacement, if the item(s) that needs to be replaced is temporarily not in stock, the customer will have the choice to select another item(s) up to the value equal to the original item(s) that is being replaced, obtain a store-credit to be use for a future purchase or receive a full refund. The replacement process will proceed once the damaged item(s) is successfully returned to the store.
3. ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items are not eligible for a refund/exchange at any time immediately after purchase: Clearance items, Final Sale items, and Gift Cards are not eligible for refund/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any refund/exchange request, at management's discretion, if the item being refunded/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
4. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
5. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
All orders that have been marked as "shipped", "picked-up for same-day delivery" or "departed store premises, picked up by customer" cannot be refunded, exchanged, replaced or receive store credit. Purchases verifiably damaged during shipping may be replaced according to the stated store policies written under “2. REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING”.
